DESIGN　ENGINEER

Design molds that will be used for 100 years.

Recruitment Background

Communication is very important to our company’s design engineers. You will not only draw drawings, but also work through discussions with customers and manufacturing sites to determine the optimum product form.
Therefore, we will hire regardless of experience if you have an intellectually inquisitive mind, communication skills, and the ability to plan for the long term. We will provide a training period for technical skills through dispatch to external training programs and OJL. Of course, experienced designers are welcome.

Manufacturing Manager

The manufacturing personnel who work in our factories are more than just workers. They are “craftsmen” who think about how to improve our products and our customers’ manufacturing processes. You will start with the basics of manufacturing. However, we expect you to learn various techniques from our “craftsmen” and take on the role of R&D (development staff).

Administrative Manager

Supporting Manufacturing from the Business Side
